Special Town Meeting

Chairman Gary Johanik called the Special Town Meeting for the Town of Pilsen to order at 7:05 p.m.

Motion was made by Bob Sukala and seconded by Pam Brown to vote on motions by a show of hands. Motion carried with the votes as follows: Yes-3; No-0.

The 2026 Town Levy approved at the November 20, 2025 Special Town Meeting was incorrect because the levy calculation did not take into account the decrease in Debt Levy in 2026. Motion was made by Pam Brown and seconded by Dave Appelgren to set the 2026 Town Levy at $72,085.00. Motion carried with the vote as follows: Yes-3; No-0.

There being no further business, motion was made by Bob Sukala and seconded by Dave Appelgren to adjourn. Motion carried with the vote as follows: Yes-8; No-0.

The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
