RESOLUTION #R2021-2

RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ADMINISTER

AND ENFORCE THE UNIFORM DWELLING CODE

WHEREAS, the Town of Pilsen has passed an ordinance adopting the Uniform Dwelling Code.

WHEREAS, the Uniform Dwelling Code requires plan review, permit issuance and inspections by a Building Inspector certified in the categories of construction, HVAC, plumbing and electrical by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.

WHEREAS, the Town of Pilsen may issue citations for violations of the Uniform Dwelling Code.

WHEREAS, it would be in the best interest of the citizens of the Town of Pilsen to have building permits issued locally rather than from a state contracted inspection agency.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Inspector Rob Agency LLC PO Box 307 Superior, WI 54880 is an appointed officer of the Town of Pilsen for the purpose of administering and enforcing the Uniform Dwelling Code.
